Born in Colombia and raised across three countries, Antonio’s journey into fitness began from a place of hardship. At just eight years old, he faced severe childhood obesity, struggling not only with physical limitations but also with the emotional weight it placed on his self-worth and confidence. That pain became his turning point. He made a conscious decision to change — not just his body, but his mindset, his health, and the trajectory of his life.
Two decades later, that decision has shaped everything he is. Antonio has trained in parkour, martial arts, and stunt performance, working professionally as a stunt double and actor. He is also a salsa and bachata instructor; blending rhythm, movement, and confidence into everything he teaches.
Now, as a personal trainer, Antonio helps others take that same first step — the one that leads to lasting change.
