Noah Landes - Osteopath

With over 10 years of experience in health, fitness and rehabilitation, Noah brings together hands-on osteopathic treatment with a strong understanding of movement, exercise and physical performance.

Before qualifying as an osteopath with a master’s degree in Osteopathy, Noah worked as a personal trainer and trained, coached and competed nationally in martial arts. Because of this background and passion for training, he strongly empathises for the need of speedy recovery. His approach therefore looks beyond simply treating pain — focusing on helping people move better, recover confidently, and return to the activities they enjoy.

With this foundation of understanding injury and pain management, it has given him an insight on how to collaborate with personal trainers and physio therapists that gets patients to return to training faster than they ever have before. He creates bespoke individualised treatment and management plans for a wide range of musculoskeletal problems, including recurring low back pain, joint and muscle discomfort, sports-related injuries and persistent or recurring issues.

Noah’s approach is based around treating the whole person with his intention placed on better regulating the balance between the ‘fight and flight nervous system and ‘rest and digest’. He implements manual therapy techniques which help people to relieve body tension which gives a sense of lightness and freedom which thereby allows them to maintain better energy levels and sustain long term mobility. He also has a particular interest in the mind-body connection and how factors such as stress, breathing and movement can influence physical tension and recovery. His long-term treatment plans therefore accompany guidance on key aspects of living, such as: sleep positions, postural advice and energy levels management.

With a strong emphasis on helping people better move, he assists individuals dealing with anterior pelvic tilt, leg length discrepancies, and scoliosis in which he implements the same philosophy: treat the pain, restore mobility and get people back to training

Whether your goal is to recover from an injury, manage an ongoing problem, return to training or simply feel and move better, Noah will work with you to understand what is driving the issue and build a clear plan forward and get you achieving their goals.
